All donations, sponsorships, and other gifts are given to support the Private Skool Village Reunion mission. Accordingly, any donation received will be not be returned but used for that purpose in the event that hosting the Private Skool Reunion becomes practicably impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Private Skool Village, Inc. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters; acts of God; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease; quarantines; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond the Private Skool Village, Inc. control.
